About the Department

     The importance of statistical science and its different implementations in various areas of our life would validate the existence of a statistics department in most of the faculties of science and faculties of economics in many universities.

     The Department of Statistics in the Faculty of Science in Rabigh teaches the statistics courses to the students of the different departments of the faculty in addition to the students of the Computer&IT, Engineering, and Medical Faculty.

     The Department aims to graduate cadres highly qualified in using and implementing the modern statistical methods.
